Fitness Classes & Personal Training

Under government guidelines fitness sessions are limit to a maximum of 5 people outdoors, I have some socially distanced outdoor sessions running in the Penistone area. Sessions are £4, pre paid and must be booked via email, phone or Facebook.

Class days and times

Tuesdays 5.30pm and 6.15pm

Thursdays 6am. 5.30pm and 6.15pm

I am also available for 1:1 coaching. Various options available. All personal training includes

- Nutrition coaching

- Face to face sessions

- Goal setting

- Workout plans tailored to you

This is a brand new monthly membership program with no contract. If you arent ready to return to the gym yet, or maybe you don't have the time but still want to improve your health and fitness this is for you!

Each week there will be 4 classes offered via zoom so that I can check you are working hard with good technique, they will be posted in the group aftrwards to allow you to do these at a time that suits you.

Live class times will be

Mondays - 5.30pm Toning

Tuesdays - 9.30am H.I.I.T

Wednesdays - 5.30pm Cardio club

Thursdays - 9.30am Legs, Bums and Tums

Health and fitness isn't just about exercise, if you are sick of dieting and want some real results with real enjoyable foods you will like this next part.
